I’ve always been passionate about sport, movement and helping people perform at their best. With family members working in healthcare, physiotherapy felt like a natural fit, combining my interest in the human body with my love of sport.
I trained at the University of Brighton in the UK before beginning my career in the NHS during the COVID-19 pandemic. I gained a broad clinical foundation across intensive care, neurology, stroke rehabilitation and musculoskeletal physiotherapy before moving into private practice.
I later worked at Synergy Physiotherapy and then one of the best Physio clinics in the UK, Six Physio in London Soho, developing extensive one-to-one clinical experience and working closely with senior clinicians and medical consultants and world renound surgeons.
Alongside private practice, I worked with Tottenham Hotspur, a dream come true considering I am a lifelong fan. Here, I was completing pitch-side work, player rehabilitation and performance testing.
Travel has also shaped my approach. After travelling through Southeast Asia, driving solo across the United States, surfing in Sri Lanka and hiking the Annapurna Circuit in Nepal, I spent time working in Telehealth Physiotherapy, working extensively with patients remotely and learning how effective assessment, rehabilitation and ongoing support can be delivered without a traditional clinic.
Continuing on the journey, I moved to Australia. I worked in various roles - in private practice, hydrotherapy & NDIS in Cairns, as well as inpatient and outpatient Physiotherapy in the Whitsundays.
My experience working in remote Northern Australia with Katherine West Health Board ultimately brought everything together. It showed me first-hand how difficult it can be to access consistent physiotherapy when you live far from a traditional clinic.
That experience inspired Elevate Remote Physio — combining my experience in private practice, hospital care, elite sport, telehealth and remote healthcare to provide accessible, personalised physiotherapy wherever you are.
Sport has always been a major part of my life. I played semi-professional football and represented Great Britain Medics, giving me a personal understanding of training, competition, injury and rehabilitation.
Whether you’re an athlete returning from injury or simply someone who wants to move better and stay active, my goal is simple:
Practical, personalised Physiotherapy that fits around your life — wherever you are.
